Properly installing drywall and mudding it takes some skills but then you have to paint, right? I really hate painting. I'm lucky my wife enjoys doing it. She has already painted a few rooms and plans to do the whole house. That with all new floors is almost like a remodel. Its just gonna take a while though.

Impressively there is a fiber optic line ran from Miami to the base either now or soon to be completed. Until now they had dial up Internet and no streaming for 5000 people. Ouch. Just got cell phones too.

I hate selling stuff. I made sure we were home because a guy is supposed to be bringing a deposit on the cooler....no show so far. Maybe he got the time mixed up...I said 5 Plymouth time since he is from Plymouth but maybe he didn't read that part and is coming at 5 our time??? His English is less than perfect so I don't know.
