It is but I am the kind of person that wants to now why the studs sheared off. When I pulled the tire out of the woods the dust cover was still on. When I popped it off every broken stud with the nuts were still in the holes on the rim. Lug nuts were loose. I did notice that 2 studs were broke some time again. They were a little discolored. 3 were fresh breaks.Good news!

If 2 were previously broken, it over-stresses the remaining studs. Then add in the torque from normal driving. If the nuts were loose, the forces compound.
