Busy day today, on top of everything else going on , 2 hr fog delay for the GK living with me and I have my DR app. This morning. Sometime in there we have to take cupcakes to school for the b-day party

Mine is full as well.
A young man that has been like a family member for many years has begged me to save his Olds 442 resto project.
The idiot he was paying to do the drive train ripped him off.
I am going out to the shop where the engine is and bringing it back home to my shop.
Should be a very interesting morning. I hope the guy just lets it go with no idiocy as I will not be in the mood.

I have regrets in this area. I am sure it had much to do with who they are today.
Good people it just took some time to come around.

MrsG, I''m up early cause we got a new Grandbaby about an hour ago!

I hear ya on being busy when the kids were young CM, I was working on the road.

I was HVAC tech and deeply involved in racing at a professional level.
I had a very active shop as well.
I would not change much except maybe finding more time for them.
We camped/boated etc but just hanging out and reading to them when they were very young. Watching their favorite movies and such. Personal touches.
I have done much in recent years to atone for my absence. Time missed.
