    Expat found the exception to the rule......The Bean Counters like to stay in their caves....
    The one we had when I started was great. You would see his eyes flick to your name tag, then he would smile and say"SAM, how have you been". I always gave him credit for trying to reach out to the little people.

    our owner didn't know my name, didn't know how long I had been with the company or had my promotion. But I was thrown into the lunch at the last minute. He did try to get to me better though. He wanted my opinion on things and he also shared new things the company is doing.
