INGO is running about normal, life is running a little slow.

I have been busier than hell the last couple days. Several things both personal and business wise needing wrapped up before year end.

Ham sammich with just whole wheat bread, yellow mustard, colby cheese and deli Black Forest Ham....It WAS pretty good.
