People tend to overlook rehab. My brother is suppose to go for his back. He goes once in awhile then complains how his back hurts. Can't help those who won't help themselves!!

2 camera multi sensored kit OneTouch Security sells - had a breakin Tuesday afternoon - had the older model system OneTouch sold and it worked great but didnt have cameras or live feed to my tablet - now it does

Yup, Gotta trust the professionals. When I had my knee replacement I hated rehab. But I knew if I didn't go, I couldn't continue to do the things I love doing.

mine was $1140 installed - $25 monthly monitering - there are less expensive kits offered tho
