One of the last originals from the Grunge Rock era passed last night. Vedder is the only one left.

And before anyone brings it up, I don't give a **** about the political opinions of musicians any more than I care about the musical prowess of politicians.

Side note, when I worked 3rd shift at Steak 'n Shake in 2001ish, Weiland (supposedly clean at the time) came in to used the restroom while his bodyguard watched the door. Afterward, you could tell he'd been burning a candle in there and there was a spoon shaped melt/burn mark on the fold out changing table.

It's very sad to see people who are never able to overcome the demons of addiction.

That is the mind set of the entertainment world. They struggle to get going and many are on the big brother hand out dole along the way at some point. Struggling artists.
