    Your shutdown problems could be because you have a lot of stuff running in the background...just a thought.


    That's what my son says all the time too. What antivirus do you recommend? I don't mind paying for one as long as I know it works. This one doesn't expire until February I think so I have time to find something else if I decide to change. I've had AVG in the past and had issues with it. Don't remember exactly what, but it caused problems with some sites or something.

    I've used Avast and SuperAntiSpyware free versions for years and not had any problems.

    Me too. No problems with it but I use Malwarebytes more than SAS.
