I got like four hours of sleep last night, today should be interesting. What about everyone else? What does everyone else's day look like?

I didn't have coffee this morning, I had a nice big cup of apple-cinnamon tea instead. Very refreshing way to start the day.

I get four hours of sleep most nights. About four hours on nights I work, and six on nights I don't.

Ouch, that's rough. Once your body gets used to it though, no problem.

I guess. It's hard for a morning person to work straight 3-11. I would love to be on days.

I feel you. My summer gig is client specific timing. It's rough having to get up at one in the morning to be on site by three

I put a roast in the crockpot before I went to bed, and it smells so good.

I was so tired last night I just threw it in with salt, pepper, some onions, and a little water. I'll make gravy from the juice and cook some cauliflower and carrots really soft to put the gravy on.

I always just throw the veggies into the juice 2 hours before taking the roast off...

I usually do too, but lately the carrots have not been getting done, and then I've had to pick them out and cook them so the meat didn't overcook.

I put the carrots right in with the meat . Don't care for under cooked carrots .
