I've been doing the whole low-carb thing all year and have cooked all my food at home.

Well was out running errands, hungry, decide to get some KFC. The grilled chicken has zero carbs, so it wasn't 'cheating' on my diet.

Jeeze, the worse chicken I've ever had. Chewey and dry. Awful. Now I remember why I've not been in about 5 years. Won't be going back.

Not sure if I will make it all the way to the pointe du Hoc.I will see, I might stay a few days in the region and be able to do it all.

All the beaches are pretty long, Omaha alone is 5 miles long, it's actually 4 or 5 different beaches on different cities who are called Omaha beach.
So I have to plan where I will go.
I will try to get you a clicker as well if I can.I can't promise anything.

Not sure if I will be able to bring you rocks, those sites are protected historical sites which is not the case of all the beaches where we have bunkers and stuff around here.
