I am clear today but ran 3 yesterday and all were heat pumps.......
1 is DOA and the other 2 are running but on life support.

I have a heat pump. They are so inefficient in winter. I wish I had gas.

Heat pumps are a bad idea this far North. Even with a 20+ SEER, you're more than doubling it's work load. A/C runs about 800 hours in summer + 1,600 hours in heat pump, you're talking about 3x the use from the same machine.
