I think I understand what your saying --- my not so quiet meaning is were getting ready ( well not we ,, management I mean ) is getting ready to start some BS , like come out and walk around and see all these broken things on the machine and then come to me and say why aint these fixed and why are they rigged - and i'll say cause you wont shut them down ,, they'll claim bs and blow me a lot of , So then ill walk out to the biggest money making machine and pull the shut off down and lock it out .. About 10 mins will go by and they'll come running out --- WTF are you doing , i'll answer ,shutting down for repairs , their response will be we cant shut down right now we have orders to get out ,, i'll smile ,unlock the switch and walk back to my shop ... This happens every 4 months
