Sorry to hear that. I've pulled/twisted something in one shoulder so I have painkillers for 90 days and a lifting restriction..... which I should have paid more attention to when I was cleaning the house a few days ago

Oh, I understand completely. I know depression all too well. Sometimes it helps to get out and do something you enjoy even if you don't really feel like it ahead of time. That's what I'm going with today.
