I think I am doing the ham with a can of beer. I don't like sweet glazes and am reading good things about using beer with the ham.

We made a ham on Christmas day, getting really burnt out on ham.

We did turkey for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. I have half a piggie in the freezer so figured ham might be good...followed up with ham and beans or split pea soup.
