This may be wrong of me, I don't know but I think of my family this way-if we weren't family would be friends?

That made me think........I doubt it. Except for 1 sister I do not really like anyone on my side.
Wifes family is great. Still not sure I would be "Friends" with most of them.

Snap is right, love is weird.

Yeah. Sometimes you can love people without really liking them.

Yeah, my family is the same way. They may be family, but most of them stayed near Winchester and were drinkers/partyers. I really don't have much in common with them. See them at Holidays and that's about it.

We've got a Keurig in the ER breakroom now... I still just use the regular coffeemaker. I hate to use the K-cups that someone else bought, and I'm too cheap to buy them myself. :D

With family does that count as Stockholm Syndrome? :D

I have eliminated the energy Vampires.
Or to love at all, including themselves.
Since I cut this type of person from my life I find that I am significantly better for it. I don't need people in my life who thrive on causing drama, or people whose world ends at their nose with no regard for the impact their selfish actions have on others.

When my daughter is not here, I'm the only one here who drinks coffee. This is much easier than making a full pot in the regular machine. Often, I just want one cup, not a whole pot.
