shiny already got to me this morning


I put my mouthguard in last night so my teeth grinding didn't bother the hubby. I woke up this morning with it missing. Had to use the light from my phone to find it. Under the bed. How it went from my mouth to under the bed

and every time I move my jaw, I can hear it creaking in there.

no it looked fine.

the creaking will continue to get worse over time. Bone to bone contact tends to do that. TMJ sucks big donkey dicks. Stress makes me grind my teeth, which grinds more of the cushion down in the jaw bone and more bone to bone contact is made.

hey but the good news is, I didn't wake the hubby up with the grinding last night. or, he didn't wake me up because I was.
