Everyone seems happy with the work that was done. Re-appraisial was done the following day. Utils scheduled to transfer... now it's just a waiting game. Monday we close with luck.
Alarm seems to be functioning without issue. I added a second stand alone sensor mounted to the unit and pad. The siren is on the unit, so the sound will travel with it lol.
