Guys, one of my 2 cheesecakes are less than perfect. Dropped it taking it out of the oven and jambed my thumb into one side.

It's safe to eat, never hit the floor or anything, just has a huge gouge in one side. I was going to cover one with a cherry sauce, just I'll do this one. Hide my mistake.

Yep, picked up a big bottle of the green stuff (extreme duty) on recommendation from the guys at USDS.
