No biggie. I've had them before behind my ear, but this one was on the side of my neck just above the shoulder. As I understand it, it's kind of like a pore gets clogged (sebaceous gland actually) and the "oil" that would normally be produced and spread out over your skin (natural) has nowhere to go.

got one load moved today for my son a day ahead of the original schedule, I think we should have done 2. It is only a 2 bedroom apartment but the spare bedroom is packed full. He seemed to take offense to my "Episode of Hoarders" comment.
