Daughter mad here infamouse beany burgers. Hard to describe but out of this world good.
CKW made here infamouse taer salad...…

I am stuffed.

I am in heaven.

Tomorrow I am ON MY DIET...…

I've lost 6lbs in the last 30days. High protein,high fiber, low carb and smaller portions.

I dropped 13lbs in about the same time frame but am hovering now. CKW has me on a Keto-ish diet. The Dr related some of my blood pressure issues (low) to the straight up Keto thing so we modified it some.
