I used to have a scotch and a cigar every day. my GP said i must be an alcoholic if i was drinking every day.... so i quit that.
I thought the tv people said a drink every day was good for your heart.

Morning DD. Question for you. Have you ever used Hogue finger grips on a 1911 ?
Looking at a set of FDE for my Springfield.

I've got a set of Pachmayr on mine.

So those are on top of the wood grips. These Hogues are a full grip panel replacement

These are all one piece (by that I mean the wood and rubber are all one unit). The rubber is actually set into the wood, not just over the top. Sounds similar to the Hogue in that regard (full grip panel replacement).

Okay. That certainly added to the cost then I bet.
I have those cocobolo wood grips that came with the gun, but I can't get the purchase I want on those guys.

Granted not scotch, but when I had to have kidney stones removed the Dr told me to drink at least a beer a day, To flush my kidneys.

Morning all! Haven't decided if I want resleep or not

I am waiting on the laundry to switch out then probably out for a cigar before it gets too hot. I can't believe they said 87 for today.
