Hi Expat. It's great stuff. Just add milk. A little, and you've got biscuits. A lot, and you've got pancakes. My guilty insomniac pleasure is a big fat pancake with sweet gooey fake maple syrup. This time I cooked it in bacon grease, which added a nice touch.

Yeah. This bacon grease tastes really strong. Not buying Smithfield bacon again. It almost seems like it's got artificial bacon flavoring in it.
