    So far what I have. More will come tomorrow. Upper, BCG, FH, and ASAP sling mount on friday. lower, "brace", grip, and LPK I already had for this build

    Can you glue a rubber stock pad on the back of that "brace" or would that be illegal???

    I see what you mean but in order for that strap to work it would have to be flexible which means its probably already soft. Therefore an additional pad would be unnecessary unless you were just adding length.

    The brace is already a very hard rubber, so pad would be useless. Mine is flush in the rear with the 2" longer tube.

    Would the pad change the configuration enough to call it a butt stock instead of a brace?????

    In the one you pictured, that brace is designed to conform around the wrist of the shooter. It has to be flexible enough to do that. If that's the case, I'm sure it would also provide some cushion to a shoulder. :twocents:

    That's kinda what I thought. Even a hard rubber provides a decent cushion on a firearm like that.
