We have a lot more slugs around the woodpile this year. Some stupid huge spiders too.

We have these ugly things this year. This one was right outside the door last weekend. Note his size compared to the bricks. Had another one just like it carry an egg sac under my stove!

Morons think 1 day is a weekend?

    Nope.

Morons ignore warnings about hiring the cheapest contractor.
These two pics are the result of a fire on a "mold".

Since the mold is supposed to be completely rebuilt every 5 years, and we haven't had one rebuilt in 10, we advised to send the mold out for a complete rebuild.
    They wouldn't.
They were going to hire someone to wire it in place, without new conduit or pipe.
So we advised to hire the company that rebuilds the mold. At least they have learned from mistakes, and do a good job now.
    But they wanted cheaper.
I told them, they'd get the mold wired, and the equipment wouldn't work right.

    So today,
3 bosses are looking at the mold wondering WHY IT DON'T WORK.

It takes a special kind of stupid to be in management these days. I call them "spreadsheet wonders".
