I sure hope that my little girls are always that happy to see me, aside from the teenage years of course....

I have and always will be a Daddy's girl! My granddaughter is starting out the same way. She is a Daddy's and a Papa's girl. :D

that is AWESOME!!! I know I feel the same when I see my Daddy

For a second I thought Dad had drove the van up. Then I remembered he can't see. Then another split second I thought Mom had brought him up. That stung a bit when I remembered. I caught a glimpse of a grey van as I opened the door. That used to be Mom and Dad's van...I was so confused until I saw my daughter. I couldn't get out the door fast enough to hug him. :D

That's great to hear. Fathers play a much more important role in a child life than most give them credit for.

Up until November, I was watching my 2 little girls all day while my wife was at work. I was also working the midnight shift during that time. But, now I am still on midnights but, since our little boy was born in January, my wife quit her job and is staying home with the kids full time.

I like it better since I get much more sleep but, feel like I have to try even harder to be a good Dad since I don't see them as much... It's a double edged sword.
