This only measures 2.75". So if I put the 3-1/4" KX3 on there it will still be an inch short of clearing the 7 inch hand guard.

Actually, you should put your paperwork in now to the ATF and by the time it gets approved you'll be 21
I was joking with Matt at Front Towards Enemy about that. Put the paperwork in about 3 month before I turn 21 and they won't know the difference.
nothing really, I need to try more mags first. It might be the mag. For it to seat and catch the mag release it needs to be mounted pretty high in the magwell and then the upper can't be put on. So I either have to file the top of the block in one spot, open up the hole more in the mag block, or open up the holes on the mags.
I don't know yet, I didn't spend a lot of time looking at it.
