I got hooked on a couple YouTube series. One is called "The Burger Show" and the other is called "Buger Scholar Sessions"

That's another thing I love about my Yoder. It has a cast iron griddle that can get screaming hot, but you still get the smoke flavor. I'm not usually a fan of raw onions, but pickled onions really make a burger.

I like a good burger, but my tastes are pretty simple - bacon and cheese, ketchup, mustard and lettuce (lettuce only if I'm not making it ).

Mushroom and swiss is also acceptable.

Some of the weird "gourmet" combinations I've seen, not so much.

if you get the time, you should definitely checkout Burger Scholar Sessions. It's more about local traditional cheeseburgers from around the country. Some are pretty easy and look very tasty. It's not all the crazy weird gourmet ones
