    Well I’m going to do a reasonable, responsible thing and get the correct seatbelts for my car. Boring.

    On that note.......Yesterday I was setting up to push the pins out and get the rods ready for some love. Jigged up the piston/rod assembly in my 25 ton press and put some pressure on it to hold in place so I could put the heat to it. Piston/rod assembly was tight in the press. Went to lite up the torch and when I got into position the press had released the assembly. WTF. I pumped it up really hard this time and the resistance in the pump handle told me the seals have taken a crap in the pump or the shaft. AAAarrghh.
    I have had this press since around 91 or so. It is a snap on 25 ton. Looks like I get to re-seal it...:(
