Nope. Science is just an institutional tool of the white male patriarchy, used to oppress women, people of color, indigenous people, LGBTQ2SQIA+, and other historically marginalized groups. So, akshually athletic ability cannot be determined until intersections of oppression have been considered so that an equitably just assessment of ability can be made.
