This is going to effect a lot of Christian foster parents.
I know several good Christian families here in SEI who have been foster parenting for years. Some of the children have been with them since they were a few months old.
They will not comply to this.
Will Bidens department of health take the children from them, and strip them of the chance to be foster parents in the future?

How is this within any of the powers granted to the Federal government? Care of orphaned, indigent, and protected children are the purview of the states, not the federal government.
