Honestly, I knew very little of the guy... but he's hitting all the right points. Anti-coddling, obviously "right-minded", smart dude.

I'm liking him more and more as I listen to this.

Edit: Very anti-SJW. I like this guy.

I like Dr. Phil for the most part. I disagree with some of his views on guns, but he doesn't talk about that much and he's not really "anti", just has a different view than most on here I think.

ETA: He's featureing the Jussie Smollett debacle on his show today. One little clip shows him reading Smolllett's quote on TMZ where he says, "I swear to God I did not do this." Dr. Phil's comment is, "9 times out of 10, when somebody says, 'I swear to God', the next thing out of their mouth is a damn lie."

Well, true. Radio/TV don't work underwater.
But I rejoined the civie world at 24.
And, my sub was modified to deploy "special" personnel. So we actually had a LOT of bunk space. I never had to hot bunk.

Those have got to be two of the most poorly thought out "academic" articles I've seen. And I just finished some graduate course work.

Of course, they did not have any problem getting published in academic journals.
