    An inline spinner with the advice to use it with a doughball, which is used for bottom feeders like carp and catfish where you cast it out and let it sit on the bottom.

    As someone who fishes, it struck me as being funny.
    Exactly, but you beat me to it.
    I thought it was funny, too.

    The fish attracted to the shiny, wiggly, multi-part crank bait would not be further enticed by the stench of doughbaits or even notice that in many cases. It's not how they hunt.

    The reverse is also true.
    The fish attracted to the doughbaits might not even notice the noisy, spinning, shiny crank baits.

    I can swim enough to save myself now, but as far as something I can learn to enjoy, no way.
    My body does not float.

    yeah, I had no idea people used dough balls for trout.
