This is true.
Someone was laughing about people not knowing how to open a can or change a light bulb.
But, shame on the parents.
It's not the school's responsibility to teach EVERYTHING.
Parents are also supposed to teach.


But then, at a certain point, it is a person's responsibility to learn.
