Henderson, TN. At one intersection, one street the light was the “right“ way and the cross street the light was upside down. When it cycled, each light was synchronized. Yep, you got a yellow light when going from red to green on the upside down light. I figured it was either a “homemade” light by someone in that town or a budget version for small towns that wanted to look like a big town, with a stop light.Never seen that but have seen them placed sideways…
