    When I lived in NJ in '76, my no fault insurance was $260, and that was a chunk of change in '76

    Wasn't there some kind of "insurance reform" in July for MI? I still see the billboards around GR and Kzoo.

    You used to have to carry medical coverage under your car insurance plan, and the minimum coverage was like 50/100k. They changed that so that now you can have your medical insurance cover that so that your car insurance is cheaper. All the idiots up here cheered that our benevolent dictators had really made huge strides at making insurance affordable for the common folk. Problem is that now all the medical insurance providers have now updated their terms so that they don’t cover vehicle accidents. So it’s a moot issue.
