Good Lord, did that kill her? I'm terrible, why do I find this so funny?

I saw a video of this somewhere. It is a clip from a reality show (think Amazing Race type of show). You would think that it would have killed her or at the minimum completely destroyed her face, but it didn't even break her nose.
