    Morning folks! :coffee:

    Depends on the gun.

I got 10 years out of this one. I type like a jack hammer and that has been the issue. Beat the guts out of the keyboard.

Maybe you just need to spend $30 on a USB keyboard and another $100 on a decent monitor. That would let you keep your old laptop, assuming that it’s worth keeping. It would also let you run multiple screens by using your old laptop screen as a second monitor.

If you do that, you can type in INGO all day long while keeping a window open to GB.

Tomorrow morning will be 686 day at MCFG! I’ll bring along the Model 10 too, just to clear the mosquitos. The reload that I did a big batch of is awfully smokey.

I compared weights of Bill to the hybrid 40P/75B compact last night and the hybrid is about 110 grams heavier. Tomorrow morning, I’m going to test the black trigger spring on the hybrid. In the past, I’ve had very little luck fully Cajunizing a .40 compact CZ. I’m hoping that the heavy slide on the hybrid changes that. If the black spring does not tame slide velocity, then I’ll jump to the blue. Factory is 19#. To run as a .40 75B compact, I was running a 22# mainspring but had 24# and 26# standing by just in case.

Man, take a shower and it's hard to catch back up in here... :):

Which 686 model did you get? I don't recall if you posted that...

Then don't shower. They have not invented smell-o-vision yet...

Only work from home one day a week now... :(

It’s a 686+ with a 5” barrel. I’ve been grip shopping for a couple of wheel guns and there are some really nice grips available, but they are not cheap if you want elk or stag. But, a set of these are not too badly priced:

    Is it the Talo edition?
