You and Reed are just enlightening me day by day. The paddle I got for her is "meh" at best. I love 1791, but paddles are for ducks.

The river stopped rising yesterday afternoon and has dropped about a foot since. Dodged a bullet luckily but we'll see what the next week of weather brings.

Brush pile still intact and didn't move, no thanks to the ice that encapsulated it.

Got my driveway back, only 3 vehicles in it now.

Picked up the 97. It's nicer than I imagined. Need to do some serious coonfingering now. Should be able to get to the range tomorrow. Can't wait to fire it.

Wow.

With the dam dumping 17k cubic feet per second for about 6 hours straight, I seriously thought it was going to result is something much worse than what we experienced. Talk about lucking out big time.

I implemented a parking grid now understood by the neighbors so shouldn't have any issues in the future.
