    IMO, for whatever that's worth, the T/S and some of the other "custom" offerings aren't any better than many guns you see around a CZickness gathering that cost a good deal less.

    I am absolutely sure you are correct.
    My Phantom Shadow (:):) from the custom shop is an OK piece but not any better than others you guys have put in front of me.
    The side by side 97's are only separated by the DA and SAO triggers.

    You've seen me shoot. I'm no pro. But I was damn good (for me anyway) with chez's 75.

    This is making me reconsider my pistol lineup. Move the full size M&P to the nightstand to replace the compact. Make a CZ the fun range gun (and Friday night steel - the only competitive shooting I'll do) to replace the M&P.

    Makes perfect sense.

    There may or may not be a couple of full on Hot Rods coming available soon.

    If you put all the fully tuned guns that were at the last shoot on a table and blindfolded someone it would be a complete crapshoot as to what they thought was best.
