Yup, was just getting on here to post that I won it this morning, according to some emails and GB. No instant checkout, Monday for a money order, mail, then more mail, then call from my LGS.Phantom time?

Already on the CGW waitlist for the pro kit.
Already wondering how I can put fat grips on it. Looks like only solution is a slip on, so may go with the BA Hogue route on that.
Will probably mill it for an Eotech dot I have.
Plans in the making!
I look at that picture and all I can think is that you are milling for Jesus.Trying to catch up in here a little bit, miss a few days or so and you fall way behind.
Sorry to hear about your father passing, Wingrider.
Tore my mill down the other night. I needed to replace some missing plates/covers that keep debris from falling down onto the y-axis lead screw and gears for the knee. Found some bearings that were complete toast, borderline seized. Thankfully new Timken bearings were readily available and inexpensive. Also discovered whomever had this apart before put the table on backwards. Going back together this morning with new bearings and full cleaning along the way. Also installing an aftermarket power feed for the x-axis.

And we are surrounded by them....I couldn't handle these stupid disrespectful people.
I own a slick almost exactly like the one in the first picture. That and some socket chisels on loan to a friend building a cabin. Are you sure you don't just need more hammers?

Or maybe just more hand tools in general?

I might make/fix a lot of stuff with a welder and heavy tools, but that doesn’t make me an artist/craftsman.Someday I'm going to have to up my game from hammers and files to welding and machining.

I thought so, probably have 650 in it after transfer. That’s fantastic!!!!
So after CGW parts, Wizard magic and machining the slide for a red dot you’ll have how much in it?I thought so, probably have 650 in it after transfer.
We’ll see what kind of shape it’s in….

Does Tammy know how you do this type of math you speak of?Pay no attention to ChrisK. Once it’s bought that money no longer counts. One is acquisition cost. Other is capital improvements.
Ok my turn….I’m contemplating having my SP-01 Tactical slide machined for a RDS. Anyone make a suppressor height front sight for it?
Whose Tammy, and is she with the IRS?Does Tammy know how you do this type of math you speak of?
Losey the Wizard Gun Polish and Accounting, LLC.So after CGW parts, Wizard magic and machining the slide for a red dot you’ll have how much in it?
Acquisition cost is a write off, and capital improvements go straight to the balance sheet!Pay no attention to ChrisK. Once it’s bought that money no longer counts. One is acquisition cost. Other is capital improvements.
No co-witness for me. Irons are only a backup for any gun with a RDS.Ok my turn….
I’m gonna make the argument that you don’t even want suppressor height sights! And you sure don’t want the sights to co-witness.
But maybe that’s a different thread.
I’ll try to not say anything else about that.
I can just see the top edges of my sights on my tactical, with a Romeo mounted. Other dots may be thicker. No co-witness for me. Irons are only a backup for any gun with a RDS.
