Could be, but honestly for me, I think it's from all the years of sitting at a desk.Perhaps our back problems could be traced to strenuous work in early age.
As a 16 year old summer job, I worked for a company that supplied all of the hard goods and soft goods to the German gardeners on the southside of Indy.
I remember (un-fondly) unloading train cars full of 6 cu./ft. bales of peat moss.
I'm not the type to work out for the sake of doing so, and depended on other things to keep me active. Unfortunately not liking winter puts a kink in that type of thinking part of the year. I need to change that up.
Those years of hard work and those types of jobs early on convinced me I wasn't going to be able to hack that and motivated me even more on the schooling side, which led me to other types of work.
