    huh, i didnt say nuthin :D

    On a side note, does anyone know how this ruling would effect tracking by cell phones? The article didnt specify it just said "gps tech," Im not too sure if they consider pinpointing your location by cellphone part of this "gps tech." I believe mobile phone tracking can happen a few ways, not necessarily by GPS.

    Nope. It didn't address cells or anything else. The ruling was actually very narrow in its scope. It looks like the dissenters really wanted a broader ruling, but the majority wanted something very narrow. Probably, just to keep business coming their way.
