Not from a Stihl dealer. No longer available. I got a pile of 031's needing coils.
Gotcha. That will probably continue to be a problem as there production models change.

I been wrenching on saws for 25 years and the 372 is the best saw in the 70-75 cc saw class. I'm by no means disrepecting the 044-440 or even the 046-460 Stihl saws, they are fine saws, but a 372 does have a slight edge. It's a damned shame they are no longer being produced. Damned EPA regulations put the hurts on all chainsaws in stock form, but these regulations can be overcome with the right mods.
I didn't say any Stihl out there, I was comparing a 044-MS440 to the 372 and I sure hope an 066 will eat a 372 for lunch since it's about 21 cc bigger saw. If your going to compare an 066 to a Husky try a 394XP or 395XP much close to specs. You said any stihl out there, and a 066 will eat that thing for lunch.
I use a MS 170 for little stuff, for $180.00 is has far exceeded my expectations. This little saw has been used a bunch. The 170 has been very reliable and a easy starter.
On the MS 170 I put on a different bar and sprocket to accommodate a better chain. The stock chain is like a 'safety/homeowner' type of chain.
