If they are trying to keep the local criminal element from carrying guns into the fair, then I'm all for wandings and metal detectors. But, if someone presents a LTCH, they should be allowed to pass freely into the fair grounds without the search. Post signs saying 'No Illegal Weapons'. Anyone carrying should have an LTCH and should be good to go.

    :dunno:

How about dispensing with all the BS and letting us exercise our rights instead?

    Anyone go on Friday afternoon/evening?

See that big, fat, ugly dude that was wearing a stupid and ugly "Tuxedo" Tshirt?

Man, what a goober that guy is.

I was there twice, once on the first Tuesday and again on the last Thursday. I carried my Glock 23 both times OWB with an untucked shirt. No wands, no pat downs and no drama. It was just like every other day with the exception of deep fried stuff. I really don't get the fascination with deep frying things though.
