Starting my 2nd AR build

I got my 2nd stripped lower a few weeks ago. I'm starting to look for "parts kits", I'd like to find a good kit that includes everything except the stripped lower. Looking for an A2 upper with a 16" barrel adjustible stock. Anyone have any suggestions on places to look for "kits"?
The last one I built I bought a complete used upper, which I wouldn't be apposed to again.

Already had Olympic lower, bought parts kit at 1500. And picked 7" barrel upper for 488 with optional upgrades..

Rock River has a lower parts kit on there website for around 80bucks of course thats with out a barrel and upper receiver
