How do you like that cfe blk? I've seen mixed reviews on it. I have been loading 220 gn subs which I use h110 for. I've used h110 for years and don't have any specific reason to change it up. Just wondering. The other cfe powders I've used seemed dirty to me.Making more 300 Blackout brass. Loaded 200 rounds with new Starline brass with 150gn. FMJBT factory seconds for plinkers this summer, yesterday evening. I have very good results with Hodgdon CFE BLK powder for reloading this ammunition.

If you wouldn't mind, could I check that recipe out? I have a pound or two of imr4198 and would like to try it.I’ve is CFE BLK and I like it. It runs well from supers to subs. I didn’t like H110 as I couldn’t get reliable bolt hold open on subs. I only shoot subs now with IMR4198 because it was the quietest powered I’ve tried and locks open even on the lowest charge.
The CFE BLK is a little more “poppy” but still very quiet
The absolute worst. I’ve been there to many times before.Well damn. Stuck a case in my .270 die. Broke my 1/4-20 tap some time ago so off to the hardware.
Got it! Now to size all the brass I found. The absolute worst. I’ve been there to many times before.
