This^^^^^^^^^^^^Here is the skinny on the SIG, and nothing but. It is hurt by newtonian physics. It is a fine pistol but falls below expectations, because it LOOKS heavier than it is. A little bit of a limp wrist, and you get a FTE or FTF or both. The much beloved Ruger Mark (fill the blank) is a LOT heavier and therefore easier to shoot the bullseye without malfunctions. The gun is just misunderstood and misunderestimated. Hold it in a death grip to ensure the proper recoil. It has a lot going for it, not the least because it comes with a factory-threaded barrel (the only competitor being the Walther P22 which, incidentally, generates just as much love/hate in the shooting masses.) Cleaning it is a breeze, barehanded, I can change the recoil spring at the range without fumbling for a tool. There shall be no end to religious disputes over which .22 (or anything) is better. I like my Mosquito, but it should have been made heavier - it is no carry piece or even a glove-compartment weapon. Take it for what it is, or consider something else (I might too, some day)
