S&W Masterpiece K22. ( for trade only)
This is the Smith and Wesson K22 MASTERPIECE 6" barrel pre model 17
This revolver was made in 1956, has the original grips with matching serial number. Included with sale. Box, Paperwork and target grips not original to revolver.
This classic is in great shape and has been well cared for. That said, it is not a museum piece or a safe queen, it has been enjoyed, fired, and meticulously maintained. It does show signs of being holstered and consequently has some wear to its beautiful blue finish as would be expected of a sixty year old masterpiece.
You will not be disappointed with this exceptional example of what firearms used to be.
This is one of those revolvers that I have always wanted to own, shoot and enjoy. I've done all of those things. Now I believe it is time to make it available for others to do the same.
It is an absolute pleasure to fire and more accurate than you can imagine. It functions flawlessly and is rightly named "Masterpiece"
I don't need to sell it, therefore i have removed the purchase option. If you have a firearm that you feel should come out of the safe, for a new lease on life, let me know. Maybe we can find a new home for a couple of classics.
I will consider all trade offers. ( please don't ask what's your bottom dollar ? or what has been your best offer ?) simply decide for yourself, what it's worth to you to own this classic and make your offer. I will respond respectfully to all offers.
Location: Hendricks County / West of Indy.
Thank you for looking.
