NPR ran a brief piece on it when Russia increased military presence on the Ukranian border, but I heard it in the car and can't find an online article that corresponds. It's also showed up in my round of non-American news portals I visit, Al Jazeera and BBC News having regular updates on it.There's little to no attention being given in online portals even.
