    Every shoot, regardless of the circumstances that I get into has to go to a grand jury for charges. I could be 100% in the right and it be painfully obvious to all and I still have to testify at a grand jury. I have to prove myself innocent every time.

    Can't think a grand jury hearing would be that big a deal next to being shot, especially shot dead. I'd rather feel like I did the right thing.

    The other issue that comes to mind:

    Revenge.

    Now the good samaritan shooter's name is in the paper. The lowlife must have friends.

    This is the only aspect of being a CCW-samaritan that worries me a bit. What if I stop a robbery and drop a bad guy -- and he has a big brother who is just as bad?
